Draft for review — what the product does today
These statements describe the product as built. They are not an approved policy.
- An idea typed on the homepage is kept in this browser for 30 minutes so it can be restored after sign-in, then it is discarded.
- Account, business and website data is stored for the signed-in owner.
- A published page is public. Enquiry details submitted on that page are stored for that website's owner.
- AI writes drafts for the owner to review. LaunchPilot does not send email, WhatsApp, advertisements or payments by itself.
- The default AI allowance is 10 generations in 30 days, shared by plans, website drafts and follow-up drafts.
- Sign-in, the database and hosting use the connected Lovable Cloud project. AI drafts use the Lovable AI gateway. Card payments, when they start, use Razorpay.
- A card payment starts only for a business Veratix has expressly authorized. It uses Veratix's Razorpay account. Seller transfers are not enabled. A sale is recorded only after Razorpay reports the payment captured for that order, amount and currency.
- A refund is recorded only when Razorpay reports one. This page states no refund promise, retention period, liability limit or court venue.
